After 20 minutes in the drive thru at 1140-midnight to get a large fry and drink my fries were old and cold and I didn't want to wait another 20 minutes to get some fresh ones. I expect more from McDonald's just because the pandemic has restricted our options doesn't mean you should have no quality control on your $4 french fries. Companies like yours are taking in the cash from people who don't have it to give remember that.

First off I'm a very old lady. I have used the App and ordered ahead. It's taking me a few times to learn how far ahead I need (time wise) to send in my order. I'm pleased to say that McDonald's crew has done a pretty good job on my orders. All except on my ice tea. I've ordered Sweet Ice Tea twice but gotten the unsweetened type instead. The store has been neat and clean. So have the staff. Will I come back again? Yes I will.
