Guy at the portal would not accept the rest of our order and would continuously say he added it. It was not on the screen then at the first window we asked him to add it there, but he completely ignored us until we arrived at the second and by then it was too late unless we went around the drive thru again. Definitely not fit for McDonald's he makes ordering complicated for everyone.

Met up with some friends we had not seen for quite awhile. We got there for breakfast and before we knew it it was lunch time so we ate lunch.

every single time i’ve called this location to inquire about their happy meal toys, they disconnect the phone before i can even finish my question. this is the only location in the city that hangs up on me.

I called the place cause my friend is really excited about the collection. I called and asked "Hello! I was just wondering if you have 5 or 6 for the new happy me--" and immediately got hung up on. I tried to wait and call back later thinking they were just busy but they still skipped the call. I work in food service so I do understand being busy or hearing the same question often, but it was just quite rude to hang up like that on someone.
