You get what you pay for
Zero star rating for your Manager Norma. I've been coming to this Mc Donalds Monday through Friday for lunch and sometimes breakfast. I've never had any issues. I've been there so much that some of your employees know me by name. I have a routine, I order on the app right when I leave my work for my lunch break and the food is ready on the counter for pickup when I get there. Best prepared and wrapped breakfast sandwich in years. It was hot throughout and not smashed in the wrapper or bag.
The app doesn’t work here. line is super slow. This is a location that should be prepared for a lot of late night customers, but it’s always a letdown. Food, quality and portions are bad very inconsistent with the other McDonald’s in the area. I wish I didn’t have to, but after the sixth bad experience, I have to.
