Absolutely AMAZING! Mgr. Jacob has all his team hopping as he bags food himself!! My personal experience was with Trent (told his first day as I told Jacob, “Give this man a raise!” His reply was, “It’s his first day!!! Can you say amazing?!?! Trent was taking orders + running food In between customers, not counting, I seen them and back putting food on trays to take out!!! Outstanding worker!! The $4 meal deal was good.
This store is the worst!!!! They do not give you the full order. They will not take a phone call. Customer service for McDonalds is an absolute joke!!!!!!!!!!! They just say we will escalate this and they will call you when it is convenient. They have to review it and determine if they will make it right or not! The manager is not interested in speaking to customers. Will not return a call and store staff will not pick up the phone.
They don’t care when people are staying in line and just ignore them
