Food was cold and was charged for cheese and didn’t receive. Frappe also tasted awful. Didn’t have time to go back my baby had surgery. This place definitely needs better employmees
It took 5 minutes to place an order for a Caramel Apple Pie latte and an apple pie. I didn’t make any changes to the items. I was simply asking if they had it. One person communicated the latte was not available, despite being plastered on the drive thru menu. I talked to 3 different people at the first window, all of whom English was not their first language. Please get some help for taking orders.
