Very rude employees
First off, the young girl at the window was rude from the jump like she majored in customer disdain with a minor in slamming windows dramatically. I asked for ketchup (the bare minimum for a meal that had me waiting over 30 minutes), and instead of handing it over, she slammed the window in my face. A few awkward seconds later, she opened it again just to say, “My manager said you have to pull back around for ketchup.” Really? Did the ketchup become contraband overnight?
