Large fry now the size of a small fry. I ordered two chicken snack wraps. Both had one super small piece of chicken in them. All wrap, no snack. Environment was terrible. No ketchup or napkins available. I felt like I was eating prison food in a prison. Not sure if it’s just this McDonalds or all of them now but if it’s all of the company should get 0 stars. I’m selling my McDonalds stock. I never leave reviews but this experience really made me realize how terrible things are nowadays.

I was here for my pickup order around 10:10 PM. My order was already prepared and sitting in the pickup area, and I could clearly see it. However, I had to wait about 10 minutes before it was handed to me. I understand the store may have been busy, but since the order was already ready, the wait felt unnecessary and ended up wasting my time. I hope the pickup process can be improved for customers in the future.

The staff did not bring my food to my table and my ice cream melted and my food was cold because i was expecting them to bring it to my table number, (because they are supposed to). They do not answer phone calls and food tasted like play dough.
