Honestly, they have some of the worst customer service. I even saw them mistreating the delivery drivers and making them wait. My order was just for some fries, and it took 10 minutes, with other orders being served before mine. The employees treat customers very badly and even ignore them when they ask for help.
It's McDonald's. If you need a review to know what to expect, then you're probably not looking for one in English.
