The place was filthy. Sticky floors. Trash on the ground. Dirty tables and window sills. Something very gross in women's bathroom. Druggies in and out of the restaurant and passed out in the car in parking lot. My crispy chicken sandwich was soggy and not hot. Just slapped together. I will never eat there again. And so many staff just standing around, one had his electric scooter parked in front of the soda machine
The food is never good at any location I am paranoid about serious health risks not rumors. I don't care for the kiosk I'd rather speak the people plus easier for changes takes longer people are most always all respectful and have good attitudes I do appreciate that. Coffee is ok, cheap sodas but that's it. Regular iced coffee good price but I drink in second should be 10 times bigger maybe pitcher size. Never see Ronnie Mac himself since I was a kid now 44 I think.. dang it... Enjoy..
When I visit this McDonald's location is 12602 Bridgeport Way Sw Lakewood, WA 98499 I ordered a ice Carmel coffee (deal was $1.27 ) usually it's at least $3 more expensive. The employee accidentally gave it to another customer because her tray was mixed with two different customers orders. I'm assuming to ensure productivity doesn't get slacking! Showed up at 6:15am and it took a long time for someone to get on the drive thru. They got a complicated sandwich correct for the allergy sensitive person but completely left off the egg on a normal egg McMuffin. Paid for it, looked forward to it, didn’t get it. Don’t go to this location
It is not my fault that your short staff when I made my ordered before I came to your location I had to drive 5 miles because you're the only Mcdonald's open at that hour so trying to get my money back through the app you can't once you say you are here you do not get the option to cancel the order she refused to take my mobile code she refused to give me my food she tells me that I'll get a refund in 3 to 5 hours which isn't the case and when this happens it flags your account to where you don't make any more rewards becaus... read more
