Staff does not understand how the mobile apps work. I had to wait more than 30 min for an order I sent within a reasonable time frame.
Closes at like 9pm
Ordered takeout on the McDonald's app which says they were open. Order went through, paid and everything, showed up to the restaurant just to be shown a "closed" sign. Can't even refund the order because they later marked it complete despite never opening up. They don't answer phone calls either. Better luck going to a different McDonald's than this Edit: the server helped me create a new order that was completely free and equal in cost of the previous order to make up the loss. Great service
