As usual, there is something McDonald's just cannot handle, and for this particular visit, let that be the Quarter Pounder Deluxe. I order it without cheese, without ketchup, without onions, but with extra pickles. Typically, I get one that is "regular", because muscle-memory-over-accuracy, and send it back.
