I am in shock about my customer service experience here . On 4/13/26 I stopped into this location & I approached the counter to order my food & the 1st thing the white lady cashier shouted out was SPANISH . My order was then taken by Hispanic cashier that was near by . I placed my order & I let her that I heard the cashier shouted out SPANISH & that the other cashier should not assume that I do not speak English because I do . It was very racist. I have never experienced this at any other McDonalds .
Food cold and wrong food thismcdonalds has alot of issues rather get take out from waffle house or huddle house the sevice stinks
I have been to many mcDonald’s in several states. Grass Valley McDonald’s is a big disappointment, worst ever! They don’t toast the McMuffin or bagel. If you ask them to toast it they say you need to order it well done. I’ve ordered them well done they come back burnt around the edges not toasted. I usually order an egg McMuffin. I thought maybe if I order a bacon, egg and cheese bagel the bagel will be toasted. Again asked that the bagel be toasted. Again told need to ask for well done! I have been going to McDonald's for many years. I went in an older lady took my order. I had the McDonald's yellow cups for a complimentary drink. The older lady said that we don't honor the yellow McDonald's cups. As a result, the older lady said that I have to charge you for large coffees. I told her keep the 6 burritos, for I won't ever eat here again. No wonder there customer rating is so low....
Avoid at all cost, although to be fair the staff were very friendly, but the food was absolutely horrendous, I had the double Big Mac with bacon, which was stone cold, the French fries were also cold, and tasted like cardboard, I’m not expecting fine cuisine, at a burger joint, but at the very least you expect your food to be edible, I could have excused this if the place was busy, but there were no more than a handful of people in the so called restaurant. Horrible service, poor management, and very slow. There are lazy employees here who act infantile.
Worst mcdonalds ever that manager rose is a very rude person she run a very dirty store and has a rude way of talking to customers.
This is the worst McDonalds in Cambridge ohio. I ordered a egg, sausage mc muffin and a coffee.. The coffee was watered down and not even hot. The sandwich was cold. Never again will I stop here.
I just got 4 Mcdoubles and they forgot the ketchup and mustard
