Soda had basically no syrup in it, fries were cold and not salted, didn’t give me the right size drink, undercooked nuggets
The food quality at this location remains consistent and good. However, I’ve found the recent changes to the dining experience a bit disappointing. The removal of the self-serve drink station makes getting a refill difficult, and the current interior design feels quite sterile and lacks the warmth of a traditional dining area. Additionally, the transition to kiosk-only ordering has made the experience feel purely transactional; I miss the friendly, personal element of the service.
