It’s really zero stars for me. Straight trash — like y’all just refuse to get it right. I pull up to the drive-thru, place my order, and by the time I get to the window I’m questioning if I was supposed to be taking the order instead of them, because they still don’t know what I asked for. Then I order an Oreo McFlurry — and mind you, it’s like $4 now, but whatever — and they hand me a cup of plain vanilla ice cream with a light sprinkle of Oreos sitting on top like it’s decoration.
