The food quality at this location remains consistent and good. However, I’ve found the recent changes to the dining experience a bit disappointing. The removal of the self-serve drink station makes getting a refill difficult, and the current interior design feels quite sterile and lacks the warmth of a traditional dining area. Asked for 1 sauce at the second window and the guy said 30cents I told him to ring me up and he said he wasn't allowed to Lol he then proceeded to say i had to go through the drive through again to order 1 30 cent sauce
The McDonald's in kenner West Esplanade has excellent service. Once I forgot my wallet and the girl paid for me and said pay it forward. I was so surprised!!
Honestly, the new ordering system at McDonald’s is terrible. Everything is done on the screens now, and there’s barely anyone up front to help customers. The whole ‘grab a number and we’ll bring your food to you’ idea for inside dining is pointless because they either can’t find you or seem annoyed when they have to. On top of that, customers can’t refill their own drinks anymore.
