Fast food definitely is not what it used to be, Sometimes your order is right, sometimes it's hot and fresh. Other times, the order is wrong and/or it's cold and taste like it's been sitting there half the day. There's some employees that are nice. Some are just non welcoming. The atmosphere in the dinning room is not welcoming at all, but again, the world has gone to self checkouts so no one really pays attention to who walks in and out.
Ordered a Mcflurry for my sister which messed her stomach up. Other than that, the fries were hot and fresh and the food was good. Good service, friendly workers.
Every weekday morning I go to McDonalds in either Kenner or Metairie to get three or four large coffees at a time via the drive thru. There is a repeated problem at all locations with the employees not filling the cups up to the fill-line sometimes by as much as a 1/4 below. This is essentially a medium quantity of coffee in a large cup. I have complained to the employees filling the orders as well management at various locations but the problem continues.
