Ordered ahead so I didn’t have to wait. Made me wait 10 mins in the drive thru and then told me I would have to pull ahead and wait. Ten cars and 20 mins later my food came out, they messed up my order and the food was all cold
Food was surprisingly fresh. We got chicken nuggets and a Big Mac with fries. Low score is because they had issues with their drink machine. No ice (they had to get you ice from the drive-thru’s drink machine) and all sodas were warm and thus lacking carbonation, so all sodas were FLAT. They were not telling customers about this until AFTER we all paid and tried our drinks. At least 6 other customers in store
Terrible service from the employees in the morning. When they feel like opening the lobby at 6 a.m., they open it, and whenever they feel like it, they open it at whatever time they feel like. If you go through the drive-up window, they treat you badly.
don’t believe what the other people are saying. i’ve ordered from the mcdonald’s a lot. i’ve never had an issues with anything. everything is always hot and correct and never missing anything
