Although the food is good at this location, there are severe staffing issues causing a hostile work environment for workers and a hostile customer environment. Staff is so understaffed causing extremely long wait times for food, orders not being filled correctly, the cooking area and dining area having trash on the floor, and both staff and customers using inappropriate language. It’s about what you’d expect from a McDonald’s other than 30-45 minute waits for food. This is definitely the slowest McDonald’s I’ve been to and I’d say about 70% of the time something on your order won’t be right either but Havre has a lack of options and no real competition to push standards.

Stormie was the only saving grace the only employee worth a damn. Halloween on duty manager was useless and had a dumb look about him. Waited 1 hour for a 5 dollar bag. Shoulda just cut my losses but it was the principle at that point. I asked multiple times for a refund was denied every time. Stormie deserves a raise for sure.

Store could be a lot more quicker and better at getting orders done correctly the first time if the employees weren’t spending there shift standing around doing nothing and pushing all responsibilities on a couple employees! Only way to run a successful business is to have a strong team besides you, better communication skills and team work!
