I don’t go here super often, but they always hook it up with a little extra ketchup when I ask. Very nice people. Thanks drive thru ❤️
We didn't receive fries with our meals. Called them when I got home. The person on the phone really didn't seem to care about my concern. She asked if I wanted to come back for them. I said I would come back for them tomorrow. She didn't take a name then said she was putting me on hold. The next thing I heard was a click. Tried calling back three times with no answer. No communication skills. No customer service. No more mcdonalds for me for a while. Go to culvers they do It right 100% of the time.

Ok for fast food. Sandwiches are usually made sloppy. Food is almost at a hot temperature. Expensive for what you get.
