They didn’t give me my right order
Be wary: I guess recently they’ve been closing earlier than what advertised on their site so before you order to pick up food through the drive-through, make sure they’re actually open till they’re closing time before ordering.
I had a very terrible experience today. I placed an order on the app and they had a system error that was not allowing my order to be processed but I was charged. I explained what was happening to the staff and they got their manager. This manager was very rude and condescending when speaking to me. The manager tried to put the blame on me for the error and when I showed that it was not my error and my card was charged they finally gave me my food but not after going back and forth with me in rude tone.
