I had a very terrible experience today. I placed an order on the app and they had a system error that was not allowing my order to be processed but I was charged. I explained what was happening to the staff and they got their manager. This manager was very rude and condescending when speaking to me. The manager tried to put the blame on me for the error and when I showed that it was not my error and my card was charged they finally gave me my food but not after going back and forth with me in rude tone. Turn your sign off if you are closed. If you close at 11 and I show up at 10:50 and your sign is on I expect to get service. If you’re closing turn your sign off so I know you’re not serving people. It’s not complicated. You provide a service to people, you have to communicate that to them. End of story.
This isn’t about the food. The service, was okay. I came to the lobby 2 HOURS earlier before it closed and they locked all the doors??? Then they put up a sign saying, sorry, the lobby is closed. Which is so outrageous!!
