So tired of the horrible service here. Wait in line while they just look at you and move on. They do not listen to your order, nor do they care. Horrible. Good luck trying to get a shake or frappe. Machines always broken. The owners should be ashamed. BBB will be notified. This has been an ongoing thing for a very long time. We left without ordering as did another couple. What a joke.
