The manager Ashley is the worst. She has no customer service skills, they need to have her retrained. I placed an app order of almost $40, we went thru the drive thru to pick up our order. They handed us our Happy meals (5) and I had a funny feeling and asked my girls to check the orders. Sure enough they did not give us the McDonald’s toy for each Happy Meal. We asked the worker and she said they were out of that promotion, I told her why did the app let us choose that option then. She just said that they were out and close... read more
