I would like to say that i frequently go to this McDonalds and always enjoy my food, but today i ordered 2 small strawberry shakes and 1 vanilla and instead got 2 vanillas and one strawberry, my kids were very disappointed as so was i. i believe the person that served me was named Yanna, she was very rude didn't even say hi even after i greeted her, this service was very awkward and rude she gave me a weird look and i felt disrespected and disgusted in how she treated me. i hope this changed going forward with my orders.
I ordered on-line a spicey Mcchicken for pickup. I received my order and I received a McDouble burger. I went back to return the wrong order and pick up my new order and they gave me a regular McChicken. I’m not going back again. I should have checked but they repeated what they gave me and it was still wrong.
This just popped up.I don't know why because I never eat at mcdonald's because the food is poison.
The Mendez family should make sure that their restaurant is as good as it use to be, or better instead of seeing how many restaurants they can aquire. The food was all COLD and we waited OVER 15 minutes for our food. The fries seemed old like they were sitting there for awhile. I might add this was not a busy time for the restaurant.
