It is taking too long to get food if you are in the lobby the last few times I came here. We were enjoying our outing when we were politely told at 9:00 that the lobby was closing in 15 minutes! We were not making any noise we were just having a private conversation as adult family members. I would not have seen the harm in US letting ourselves out in a few minutes on our own. Do not feel like a valued customer at this location any longer.
Pull up with mobile order and nobody is in line, pull around and they park me right away. After 12 min waiting in my car I go inside to check on my order and after almost 2 min to get someone's attention and ask about my order. Takes another 3 min after that to get my food. 17+ minutes with no other cars ahead of me or waiting, meanwhile at least 4 or 5 cars that pulled up after me have already gone through. Google says 6 min wait on the high end and this was 3x that, not great!
The employees were friendly and polite, which is the only reason this isn't a 1-star review — but the iced caramel coffee was a disaster, and I never even made it out of the drive-through. After waiting ten minutes behind two cars for reasons I still can't explain, I got to the window and could immediately see the coffee was wrong — dark as dishwater, no visible creamer, clearly no caramel.
