Staff is always great and nice, but every time I've gone for a burger they forget to make it plain when asked. I end up having to scrape everything off once I get my food Edit: they forgot my chicken patty?? :( Edit 2: there's trail mix at the bottom of my bag... I worry about the sanitization of this place
Over half an hour still not served, need to go to work. Edit: They forgot the toppings on my cheeseburger.
