Employee of the month... NOT so much! What a mess of a manager. Completely unprofessional. First of all wasn't asked if we had a mobile code. Used a code as we do all the time and their system wouldn't accept it. Was told to pull forward and a manager can take care of you. Pulled forward and was told to pay full price. We showed the code on the phone. Still nothing. Asked for a manager was told "the code is not going to work are you going to pay full price or not?!?" We said no we aren't. Its McDonald's! Over the years the interaction with the staff has gone way down. But to be on the phone while I am trying to ask for help, getting ignored is another thing. Hopefully management can fix this behavior!
