Very rude and confrontational staff. My sandwich looked as though it was smashed between someone’s hands. I️ returned to drive through and management did not offer a greeting or an apology for the inconvenience. She had a smirk on her face and walked away when I️ showed her the sandwich. Food was hot but it should not take an entire hour in the drive through. And in the lobby, the employees don't pay hardly any attention to front counter. In need of many improvements at this location.
Amazing customer service provided by April & Serenity, & Christina these two ladies really went above and beyond for my order & I highly appreciate them. I have been to a lot of McDonald’s in my time but I will say by far the most genuine and amazing. Amazing Customer Service. Whoever hired them good job. Very clean environment and fast service
