I ordered my food. After 30 mins of waiting for the food. The employee said oh I handed the food to a door dasher when the number are completely different. I WILL NOT BE EATING AT THIS MCDONALD AGAIN. THE EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE AND MEAN HERE. YOU ASK FOR THE MANGER AND THEY ACT LIKE THEY DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT IM ASKED.
Holy hell this is the longest fast food line I've ever waited in. It's been over 45 minutes, but I'm stuck in line and can't leave. I could've gone home and cooked dinner and been eating it by now... what's the point??
This one is for that wonderful lady Dee, one of the managers there apparently. Terrible customer service, taking my order with impatience and rudeness in her voice. As I confronted her she proceeds to explain to me “oh yeah so the customer is always right and without us we wouldn’t have a paycheck” Sarcastic and rude. I understand fast food industry is rough. But uphold your values. Preferred not to write about this experience but you hold a role as a manager and this is the example you set for your employees? Be better.
I had a really disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. The manager, Dee, who also took my order, was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I tried to ask a simple question, she responded with sarcasm instead of helping. It’s frustrating when a manager sets such a bad example for the rest of the staff. Definitely not the kind of service I expect from McDonald’s.
