Ordered two basic items, both wrong
My order is wrong 50% of the time at this location. They loaded up my no lettuce McChicken with ketchup and no mayo, and my big arch burger had no cheese. Do not let us use the app selection if y'all can't even give us the food we order. So lame that it's all sorted out and your workers can't get it right. The app makes is almost impossible to report a problem. They would rather be fast and wrong and it's clear that MCD only cares about order speed
Hair in the food. Excused it the first time but found more and couldn't finish my meal.
