I was parked at McDonald's on West Ridge Road near Elmgrove. I placed an order using app and the app placed order at this McDonald's. As I was unable to travel to the other side of Greece I did not get my lunch. AND THIS MCDONALD'S CHARGED MY CARD! NO REFUND!
We came through the drive-thru at about 10:35 p.m. it was a very long line and it seemed rather busy. When we pulled up to the speaker, we expected to hear an upset worker. Thankfully, Thelio took our order and was so calm, kind and patient. I was so happy with their service that I had to write this review
Other customers ruin the atmosphere. Some are rude to the workers. Forgetting there are kids around. But they can't control who walks in tho. It's not hard to be polite.
