Even when busy they make time for yhe customers
Ordered a mocha and took a sip and realized it was regular coffee. I told the lady that handed it to me and she had a huge attitude and said well I hit the mocha button. Then continued to complain to 5 other employees that I didn't like the coffee she made wrong. She didn't add any chocolate syrup. I don't even think she remade it. I think she took it and handed the same coffee back to me.
