incredibly disappointed in how disrespectful the workers are here, the food was terribly packed, the fries tasted like oil from the beef grill, i didn’t get any of the sauces i paid for and they closed the doors at 10:23, 40 minutes before the closing time

Absolutely disgusting experience. From the moment we walked in, we were treated like garbage. A dark-skinned employee immediately became hostile and aggressive toward us because we had our small dogs in our arms. Our dogs were quiet, never touched the floor, and weren’t bothering anyone, yet we were yelled at, insulted, and ordered to leave as if we had done something wrong. We came in to a disrespectful worker or manager, that treated us with an disrespectful attitude and not just that but also gave us our food wrong and just threw it there. Plus there was a thick odor of some illegal substances and that was not professional at all there are kids eating there like have some manners!!!!!
