Today April 17, I went to the McDonald’s. There was an extremely long line at the drive-through so I thought it would be better for me to go inside and pick up my order the manager Diana was taken a gentleman order and was so sweet and kind to him when I went to show her my phone for my order, she closed out the order changed it , and then proceeded to go make food she didn’t explain to me what was the next steps and if I should stand there and wait for the food when five minutes passed and I asked her what was going on she ... read more
Everytime I placed a order on the McDonald's app for pick up , when I get there to pick up my food , I go to the pick up section by the counter , all the workers ignore me every time . I can see my order sitting there thru the glass , I say excuse me , the workers complete ignore me & walk by me like I'm not speaking to them . I wait about 10 minutes before someone finally acknowledges me & decides to give me my food. By time I recieved my food, everything is cold . They totally ruined the food. Every part of the order was incorrect and the meat was cold.
