It's a McDonald's
Ordered a simple hot coffee with two creams via the mobile app. Got through the drive-through and they had a cold coffee waiting. Instead of just grabbing the hot coffee for me, they told me to pull ahead, so I did and waited for about 10 minutes. Finally I went inside, and they had the coffee waiting for me but hadn't brought it out. On top of that after I got to my vehicle I realized they had put flavored creamer in instead of regular half-and-half. Just quite a lot of incompetence unfortunately.
