This Mcdonald’s definitely got a great renovation! Kelis, the women that helped me with my order at the register and brought my food to the table was AMAZING! She has an amazing attitude and she’s very kind! The interior of the mcdonald’s is nice and clean!
I had a really frustrating experience at McDonald’s. I went through the drive-thru, and the order taker was incredibly rude from the start—cutting me off and acting impatient while I was trying to order. When I got my food and drove off, I realized they completely forgot my French fries. It’s disappointing to deal with poor customer service and then also have your order messed up. Definitely not the kind of experience you expect from a quick and simple stop.
I had a really disappointing experience at this McDonald’s in Concord, NC. The service was incredibly slow, even though it didn’t seem that busy. When I finally got my order, it was wrong and the food was barely warm. The fries were stale, and the burger looked like it had been sitting out for a while.
