tonight I ordered a combo meal and upgraded the fries to poutine, plus an extra Happy Meal with a toy. When picking up the order, the staff unilaterally informed me that poutine was unavailable and replaced it with large fries without asking for my consent; the toy was also out of stock but they didn’t mention it in advance and simply substituted a book, leaving my child very upset. The ladies there start preparing food almost 8 am. I went the at least 3 times and always the same.
The location is convenient in the Wal-Mart but any time we've gone they dont have apple slices for the happy meals and if I ask for fries with no salt instead for my daughter they are salted anyways
Thank you so much for our experience! I bought Happy Meal for my daughter, but she got a toy not the one she wanted. She was badly crying when the counter gave us the toy she wanted. Thank you so much for your humanity.
