I stopped by for a quick meal, but the overall experience was very disappointing. The dining area was messy and dirty, with litter left on the tables and floors that no staff bothered to clean up for a long time. On top of that, a group of teenagers was being extremely loud and disruptive, but none of the staff stepped in to manage the situation. The environment was so unpleasant that I decided to just take my food to go instead of eating inside. Definitely needs better management and cleanliness.

Everything was going well until I saw my deceased dining companion, squished on the wall in front of me 🪳 I did try to speak to someone but the staff were busy.

I ordered through the app and when I came, a young guy in the front told me to press ‘I’m Already here’ so I did that. Waited 20 minutes and this whole time I was waiting, it had been there in front of me! People that ordered there got their order before me. But they kept telling me to wait for the number to be called. Now the McFlurry is melted and the fries are not hot. And it was 3 of them was there not even checking or asking! No one works the front counter so everyone gathers up front in silent confusion as everyone waits 20+ mins for a burger and fry. I’m at about 20 mins myself. People are yelling to the back trying to get anyone to help. Pathetic
