Late night staff is there to laugh and play and not actually work. Waited 45 minutes for an order I placed on the app for pickup, so really took an hour. Rather than say they were missing an item, they made me wait and whenever I’d inquire about the order they made jokes within themselves. I even got the notification on the app that my order was ready for pickup and nothing.
