You made me pull forward to wait for an online order that was checked in 5 minutes before I pulled up, while I was pumping gas. You made me wait so long I had to come in and demand my food that was JUST SITTING THERE. Even better, you didn't even put on the customizations I PAID EXTRA FOR. And then to top it off, you hung up on me FOUR times when I called to get my money back. I will continue calling until you answer the phone and refund me.
Always get the wrong order
Yelsin was taking our order, we ordered a Sausage McMuffin but instead he gave us a Susage Egg McMuffin, we kept telling him and the manager but their respong kept being "I don't understand if it's the same thing" it's not, Susage Egg McMuffin come with egg and costs more than the Susage McMuffin. They either don't know their own menu or they were trying to scam us. Scaming us is most likely since even the manager was there.
Wish I could give this place 0 stars the service is terrible and the managers are even worse, there’s always something wrong with my order and then if you call to complain about your missing items they hang up the phone on you, rude and poor management skills.
