I am Mariah and I previously called to express my concern about the cheese on my burger, given my allergy. However, the manager was unwilling to issue a refund, stating that I had handled the burger, despite not eating it. The overall experience was disappointing, and I will not order from this establishment again. If I could rate this establishment a 0 I would.
For one they staff doesn't pick up the phone. The manager provided inaccurate information regarding her name, terminated our call, and used profane language. For days, I had been requesting an item not featured on the DoorDash app and had been receiving it. Nonetheless, the manager suddenly expressed dissatisfaction with my request today, supposedly due to having a bad day. She laughed at me and ended the call. This is so unprofessional its sad.
