I was coming for breakfast daily but it’s so dark they never turn on the play place area lights whatsoever. Who wants to eat in the dark? Even in the evening when it’s dark they turn it on super late. Today I came and ordered twice in the evening and both times they took a long time to come to the counter they were just laughing talking. I got a BOGO survey from my regular McDs by my work and have never had a problem redemption at any location...until today at this location. Do better.
Ordered a Carmel Frappe, it was very watery, the rep was rude when I brought this to her attention. Snatched it out of my hand, threw it away and told worker to make another. Then she closed the windows while I was attempting to ask a question. Didn't trust integrity of this interaction, not drinking that, I drove off, was in Drive thru. Bad experience
