Idk how the manager hasn’t been fired after all these years. Guess because it’s Roosevelt unfortunately.
Very bad sarvice ani very lagy people
Normally, online orders are supposed to be fulfilled in the order they are placed, but interestingly, the staff skips numbers. They also call out numbers solely in Spanish, following their own mood. I understand that the main customer base here speaks Spanish, but that doesn't mean they can completely skip calling numbers in English! Another customer and I were left waiting and waiting, which made us feel like we weren't even welcome to order here.
