Just moved to the west side and this is the worst mcdonald’s in norman for sure. They make you pay for sauce and then don’t even give it to you. The mcdonald’s on robinson would never do this to me smh
It’s hard enough to trust McDonalds. After today, I do not think I can eat there again. I was served a lemonade with a fly right at the top, inside of my cup. I get that things happen and where there is food, there are flies. I also want to point out that they were very fast to apologize and do “what they could.” However, if you can miss flys floating at the surface of a drink you serve, that is clear… what happens in the margins????
