Service good, staff great, busy, organized, clean, but outside desperately needs power washed especially outside sitting/eating area and where you leave. Gross and kinda disgusting looking...
They will charge for the sauces and not put them in the bag. So u gotta get out to go wait in line to get your stuff.
Was in painesville like I've been for work so a cheap easy fix is fast food only problem I had with the buns is that they were not as fresh as you'd like but other than that food was decent people there are polite and fast
