Drive thru cashier handed me a receipt without greeting me, I had to wave to get his attention and let him know that I have not paid yet. I paid for the correct order based on my receipt but I then received the wrong order and I didn’t notice until too late. The drive thru cashier and the person handing out orders were chatting with eachother over the headsets instead of prioritizing customer interactions and making sure we get the food we order. Franklin was awesome and so kind. His service was truly one of a kind.
Asked for a burger with no cheese. I ended up with a patty that was a cm thick and it was torn in half. It looked like someone chewed it up and spit it out! Absolutely disgusting!
Always super nice employees, good service, good product.
