I ordered through the McDonald’s app and selected drive-thru pickup. The staff told me to proceed without asking for my order number, so I followed the instructions. However, when I arrived at the pickup spot, they suddenly told me that I should provide my number next time. The service was confusing and unprofessional. Better communication would improve the experience for customers.
