I'll start this by saying I do not leave reviews like this. I have worked in food service near 20+ years and know how people can weaponize bad reviews for petty reasons. With that said. I have been visiting this location for years before the rebuild and over my last few visits, the quality of service from the dine in has diminished. Tbh I use to go everyday . I’m not even the type to leave a review unless they screwed me over and today’s the day. I always get my frappe and 2 sandwiches , but they pulled me up to the 3rd window and I sat for 15 mins. I decided to go inside and get it, I get inside they said I never order one, and then had the nerve to ask if I had my receipt even after I told the lady at the first window I didn’t. Prolly won’t go back no more. Hardees it is 🤷🏾♂️
