Horrible costumer service! Especially the manager name Luis ? Today the app has an issue when I ordered. I show them what’s happening so one of the employees called the manager to try to help. This manager was very unprofessional even compared to one of the cashier. He said it’s not the McDonald’s problem it’s an apple problem so I can’t get the app exclusive deal.
