This McDonald's has got very good customer service. Unfortunately their coffee is watered down. I had to return it twice. Basically it's brown water. Very disappointing! I will not be returning there again!
Went to pick up my mobile order, drove home to then realize they gave me half the order wrong. Called them back and the woman on the phone was rude and said my phone was “crappy” and she couldn’t hear me. I could hear all the background noise from the restaurant through my phone which is why she couldn’t hear me properly. Despite this, I spoke louder and she asked for my name/receipt number.
