I had the worst experience this evening with your employee Selena. I never experienced such rude, ugliness behavior! People like her need to be in the back cooking the food if she can’t handle basic customer service skills. I asked her if she could add fries to my order, she told me no because “she wasn’t able to add anything” I said ok and proceeded to pay. Worst customer service in the world!!! They never even look at u when u come in and makes u wait most disrespectful managers I’ve ever seen!! All these people need to be fired.
