I asked for a refund or another meal because the eggs did not smell fresh or safe to eat. I returned the entire breakfast, but the employee, Sara, told me that I needed the receipt because she could not confirm whether the food came from that McDonald’s location. I explained that I purchased the food there and only wanted either a refund or replacement food because I did not feel comfortable eating it.
