Sat in the drive thru 10 minutes. Ordered a frozen coke and paid for a large one. The cup was 3/4 full and melting. Asked for the kid at the window to get a fresh one. With coke in the bottom he says "its not melted" and refused to fill it.
the staff at this location with private owner sucks they don’t know what they’re doing and they don’t care about the service they provide i didn’t i could t eat it because i did t trust they would even stand by there work
Okay, am I really reviewing a McDonald’s? Yes!🙌 This location has great customer service in the mornings! The bagel I get (bacon egg and cheese bagel) is always wonderful and they never mess up my order here. Small wins! I’ve finally inside before when the line was too busy, and the inside is clean, orderly, and the process was easy!
I went through the drive thru today and had to repeat my order a couple of times. The car in front of me got their order and spent quite a long time sending food back and getting replacements of presumably what they ordered. I took my order and drove home. I was very specific "no cheese". When I got home there were 2 slices of cheese on the burger. My wife can't eat cheese that is why I asked for NO cheese.
