Customer service was great! My chicken sandwich was too hard for me.
It was McDonald's drive thru. I don't have high expectations. My order was correct. The staff kept the line moving as best they could.
Rude service and nobody staffs the counter. After a few minutes of waiting and trying to get the attention of the kitchen staff, I was able to get an employee's attention to ask about my order. He said "he didn't know" and walked away. Just go to a different McDonalds.
I hate to be the one to leave a bad review, but as nothing more than a paying customer, I'm not left many options. There are 2 McDonald's within almost equal distance of my residence, and consistently when I order from this location it ends with the same results. I order online and spend an average time of 15 minutes waiting for my food after i arrive. Again, I state consistently, and none of my orders were ever over $30.
