Alaina (I know I spelled it wrong, forgive me) needs to teach a class on CUSTOMER SERVICE to all fast food chains. From beginning to end, her tone, delivery, and mannerism was top tier. I normally do NOT enter a McDonald's establishment or the drive thru ANYWHERE IN RICMOND/COUNTY AREAS due to unprofessionalism from the staff, including the managers. I am so glad I was in a rush on Saturday (08/1/26) which forced me to the drive thru. Alaina you are wonderful and that attitude you have IS NEEDED. THANK U
Service was bad.
Staff were nice and friendly and good customer service
They had a really nice lady in the front that made our experience so much better ! She made sure we had everything we needed . Highly recommend this location .
