I don't eat McDonald's, but went here to pick up an order today and the service at this location and Laburnum Ave are subpar. I stood at the counter, was passed by employees and wasn't acknowledged, greeted, nothing for over 5 minutes. Who hires these workers with NO SENSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE..SMHHHH
I stop by here once a week for a fountain drink. A very simple and quick order. Every time I go to the second lane I get told "one moment" while watching the other line move rapidly with much more complex orders. If it were rare that's one thing, but this has become the normal now. I don't know if staffing is so bad they can't focus on the drive through or staff just aren't focusing on it, but it's a problem. This was 4:30 in the afternoon, maybe 5 cars in line total.
