I feel that this experience could have been better. I ordered a big Mac which I haven't in awhile and it was not that great. Very dry. The service was a little slow and not friendly.
Loved it
The lady at the 2nd window was hands down the rudest person I have dealt with. She never said a word and never bothered to look at me. She looked down until I drove off. Management needs to address that immediately. And to the owners of this location… this is who is the face of your company. If she doesn’t like dealing with the general public then perhaps she should be moved to a position where she doesn’t have to deal with the public. Or find a job that doesn’t entail customer service skills.
