Absolutely the worst experience and here's why. I came" inside" because there is a long line at the drive up. There were a few customers in the lobby area, but none at the counter. What looked like a manager ( a lady) came to the counter. I then started placing my order, telling her what I wanted. She cut me off bluntly and pointed to the kiosk.
