Last week, I ordered a hot latte and hot a hot black coffee. Today I ordered a hot latte again and got a regular hot coffee. Will not be going back
I’m extremely disappointed with the McDonald’s in Glen Cove. This is now the third time I’ve gone through the drive-through and experienced the same unacceptable situation incredibly long wait times and an incorrect order once again. It’s honestly unbelievable that a fast-food restaurant could be this consistently slow and disorganized. This location really needs to improve its efficiency, accuracy, and customer service. Ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese on a bagel with no butter. Got a sandwich smothered with butter went back to get another sandwich. Gave me another sandwich with butter still, and gave a guy who is allergic to bananas a strawberry banana smoothie.
