Was charged for a cancelled order. Followed the apps instructions on what to do and then called the establishment. They told me 1st that the restaurant was not closed the day I arrived and cancelled my order which it was. Then they told me they can't look up orders over 3 days old and if I cancelled the order I didn't get charged and it would have been refunded. I cancelled the order and was still charged love calling a place to politely be told im lying or something isn't possible the way it happened.
What you would expect from a mcdonalds
Friendly service, but the food was barely warm. The cheese was not even melted on the Big Mac, cheeseburger or double cheeseburger. The fries weren't warm at all. Very disappointed in the quality of the food.
