Order was taken wrong. Food was hot and served in a timely manner. Missing an item though.
We come here often and today tops the cake. Employees sitting around gossiping while food just sits on the counter. And I mean they are actually sitting at the table beside us. While I love hearing about how terrible your coworkers are, maybe not in the playground area with the kids? Why offer table service if it just sits around in the kitchen? No numbers called. After waiting 15+ mins, I finally went to go look for our food, which of course was cold.

Be careful. My daughter got a chicken bone stuck in her throat from eating a mcnugget. Awful quality control from McDonald's.
My daughter ordered on the app while at work. App gave prices and charged card, said order was ready. I get there and no order ready because the price for 1 meal went up $1 in store but app still had old price. They told me the whole order needs to be canceled and re-done at drive thru. I explain the person who made order wasn't there. Then when I ask when the payment already taken will be returned I'm told "oh it can take a few days".
