Me and my girlfriend came to get the Minecraft movie meal and we specifically asked for four different kinds of condiments, barbecue, nether sauce, ranch, and of course ketchup, going to the drive-thru my girlfriend asked the "worker" if the sauces were in the Minecraft box, he replied by saying "yes It comes with the box" Little did we know there was no sauce in there whatsoever and we instead of waiting in the long line of cars we tried to go to the front to go in and retrieve our condiments, but the door was locked, this ... read more
We come to this McDonalds frequently because our kids like to play in the play center. I have never had an issue with an employee here (like a lot of the other reviews). Everyone seems friendly when I have came. I just want someone higher up to read “McDonalds you need a salad option” My kids want to eat there because of the play center and I say no more than I would like because I know as adults, we can’t order a salad with our meal. Most unprofessional McDonalds. Hours on door say they open at 5am. It’s currently 5:44 am lobby isn’t open. Tried asking an employee that came outside about hours, he ignored me. I asked again an he got another worker. That worker laughed an walked back inside. Terrible location. Terrible service.
11:10pm orders drive Thursday order DV36 was told to wait in drive thur lane parking space 4. 11:30pm and 4 orders went pass us as we waited. My card was charged. Manager never gave her name and made us wait outside line because uber without a vehicle " bike/moped" and then spit into 1/4 food items chicken sandwich. Staff purposely gave us a difficult time and made our food un eatable afterwords
