It's just not the same McDonalds anymore. The food quality is very bad now day. It's not real beef. The place was completing dead. I always saw kids playing and laughing at any McDonalds. But not anymore. It's just a computer to order and then you wait longer than we ever did before. There are no people to greet you or answer any questions. And the computer can not give me katchup? It's no longer a good place to sit in and eat anymore. Did I mention the food has gone very horrible tasting too. And the prices have sky rockete... read more

Stingy with sauces. Always purposely forgets to add it to your order for pickup. Always forgets to ask at the window too. They also limit sauces at this mcdonalds.

Maybe some extenuating circumstances happened today but we went at the lunch hour and the lobby was fullll of customers standing around which I should have taken as a sign. But I ordered at the kiosk anyway, and we literally waited a half an hour for our food. It was weird. There was a lot of grumbling all around us from customers waiting for their food. I felt bad for the employees. They seemed nice enough. It must not be managed very well, or maybe they had a lot of call outs?
